Anothor African Paper. An African newspaper, to be known as the Salt Lake- I'orum, will be published Jn Salt Lake City. This Is to be a weekly week-ly paper, and llio first issue will appear next week. It will bo under ' the control of and will bo edited by W. A. Magcttc. W. 1j. Burgess, Thomas I. Morton and R, F. Shaw. These men have promoted the. Idoa. The positions occupied on the paper by the different members are: W. L. Burgess,' president; Thomas I. Morton, Mor-ton, vice president and uccrotary; W. A. Magetle. editor and manager, and B. F. Shaw, assistant editor and business manager.
