Taylor's death at Chicago came as a surprise to railroad officials in Ogden, who had been led to believe he was on the road to recovery when dismissed from the Dec hospital. Judge J. D. Murphy of the city court, before whom the preliminary hearing of Victor Clore and Bryan O'Hara was held ten davs ago. has not yet rendered his decision. It is probable that lie will do so next week, as the attorneys Interested In the case agreed that ample timo be allowed for transcribing the testimony taken at the preliminary hearing so that the court, could go over it carefully before be-fore deciding whether or not tho prisoners prison-ers should be held to the district court for trial. |
