The dispatch states that Valladares yesterday Insulted the American consular con-sular agent at Amapala, George Schmuck. and threatened to lire upon his residence. Immediately upon being notified of this; Commander Hayes of tho Princeton prepared pre-pared his ship for action and sent word to the noted revolutionists that If foreigners for-eigners were molested ho would shoot tho governor's palace full of holes. The dispatch adds that chaos reignB throughout through-out the western portion of Honduras and that Inflammatory manifestoes are being circulated by Valladares and his roliow-ers. |
