Sutherland said that the purpose of tho non partisan movement wns to hotti the American party. Mr. Dern justly and fairlv aricjsed that as being in itself partisan and not non-partisan. The Tribune aaturallj approved Mr Darn's, course because it is sound, logical, log-ical, and sensible.
