"The Insurgent Insur-gent Republicans of the house arc not intimidated by the action of tho administration admin-istration in withholding patronage from them, and are not scared into silence by any apparent combination of President Presi-dent Taft and Speaker Cannon." This was the declaration today of Representative Rep-resentative Norrls of Nebraska, a. leading lead-ing insurgent. Mr. Norrls reseated stories appearing' in one or two Washington Wash-ington and New York newspapers loday to the cu'erfl that tbc Insurgents are "lying down" under the edict of tho administration. ad-ministration.
