Notice is hereby irlven that the board nf directors of the Green River Irrigation District will offer for sale and sell to the hlshc.st and best bidder for ensh. at the oflice of said district In tho town of Green River. Emery county. Utah, at the hour nf two o'clock p. m. on Monday, January IC. IDIJ. 201.000.00 worth of bonds of ald district. Said bonds will bo sold In two lots, namely, one lot of $76,000.00 and the other of J125. 000.00, and bids are Invited In-vited accordingly. The bids for said bonds will be received up to and Including the hour of' two o'clock p. m. of the day of sale, namely Monday. January 1G. 1911. Said bonds will bear Interest not to exceed ex-ceed six per cent per annum, pavahlc .eml-annually. according to law. and v-H be Issued In denominations of 100,00 each.
