Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by the City Council of Salt Lake City of the Intention Inten-tion of such Council to make tho following follow-ing described Improvements, to wit: To grade, and gutter and curb with cement. Tenth avenue from C street to V street, in Paving District No. 30. and defray tho abutters' portion of the cost and expense thereof, estimated at thres thousand nix hundred sixty-throe ($3,663.00) dollars, or one and S5-100 ($1.85) dollars per front or linear foot abutting said improvement, there being 1.9S0 feet of abutting property, by a local nsscGsme.nt upon the lots or pieces of ciound within the following described district, dis-trict, being the district to be nffected and benefited by said improvement, namely: The south eldo or lots 1 and 2, block I 151; tho south sldo of Iota 1 and 2. block I 100; the south aide of lots 1 and 2, block 119; the north side of lota 3 and 4, block 130; tno north side of lots 3 and 4, block 1551; the north side of lots 3 and 4, block 132, all In plat D. Salt Lako City sur-vey. sur-vey. The total cost of said improvement is efctlmalcd at. flvo thousand six hundred sixteen (?5,Glt;.00) dollars, of which sum the cltv's portion is one thousand nine hundred fifty-three (51. 953,00) dollars, leaving throe thousand six hundred sixly-thrco ($3,063.00) dollars to bo raised by local assessment. All protests and objections to the carrying out of such Intention must be presented In writing to tho City Recorder on or before tho 18th day of November. 1909. being the time set by said Council when it will hear and consider such protests pro-tests and objections as may be mado thereto.
