NOTICE. Notice is hereby given by the city council coun-cil of Salt Lake City of tho Intention of such council to make tho following described de-scribed Improvement, to wit: Extenolng and laying sewer laterals of vitrified ripe eight (8) Inches In diameter on the south side of Third North street botween Quince and First West streets; on the north side of Third North street between Qulnc? and Second West streets; on the cast side of First West street between be-tween First North and Fourth North streets: on the west side of First West, street between Third North and Fourth North streets: and on tho east sldo of Second West streeL between Third North nnd Fourth North streets, m Sower Districts Dis-tricts N03. 1 and 2, and iefray tho abutters' abut-ters' portion of th cost and expense thereof, estimated at six thousand two hundred and'seventy (?6270.00) dollars, or one and 50-100 (?I 50) dollars per front or linear foot of abutting property, there being 4180 feet abutting said Improvement, Improve-ment, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following fol-lowing described districts, being the districts dis-tricts to be afTectecf and benefited by said improvement, namely: Tho south 305 feet of tho west side of lot 5, and the north 305 feet of the west sldo of lot- I. block 101; the west 305 feet of the north side of lot 5, the north 140 feet of the west side of lot 2. the south 140 feet of the west side of lot 5, and the west side of lots 3 and 4, block 113; the south HO feet of tho cast side of lot 6, the cast side of lots 7 and 8, the north 140 feet of the east sldo of lot 1, the south side of lots 1 and 2, the west side of lots 3 and I, the north 110 feet of tho west sldo of lot 2, nnd tho south 140 foot of tho west side of lot 5, block 121. pint "A;" the south side of lots 1 and 2. the west side of lot 3, the north 140 feet of the west side of lot 2. and tho south 140 feet of tho west sldo of lot 4, block 22. plat "E," Salt Lake City survey. All protests nnd objections to the carrying out of such intention must be presented In writing to the city recorder on or before the 10th day of August, 1909. nelng the time Bet by said council when It will hear and consider such protests and objections as may be mado thereto.
