Following a communication from Robert Rob-ert S. .Reynolds, supervisor of tho Wasatch national forest reserve, received re-ceived by tho city recorder Friday, tho city councillwill probably enter into a contract with tho national forestry scrvico b" which all of the city's lands within the general boundary lines of this reserve will be admitted to the losorve and go under the care of the national forest service, thus insuring better fire protection and care of its watershed to the cast of the city. A contract: to this effect was drawn a long time ago, and bears the signatures signa-tures of almost all the proper national t forestry officers, but lacks ratification 1 on the part of the city.
