Show Salt- Lake Excursionists Are Having the Time o( Their Lives. HOSPITABLE HOSTS ARE MAKING THINGS PLBASAXT . Word Comes - From City of Angels of General-Good General-Good Time. Reports received from Los Angeles Indicate In-dicate that the member.? of Salt Lake lodKO. P. P. O. 15., No. 85, and their wivea. upon their arrival at the City of Angels, proceeded to tfike possession of the entire place. The visitors climbed tho wonderful Mount .Lowe, visited the magic isle of Santa Catallna, where' they saw the submarine garden and other attractions at-tractions of ihe place, and will be entertained enter-tained at a smol:or given by the Los Angoles lodge. Excursions havo been arranged ar-ranged to Pasadona and the ostrich farm and to the various points of interost along the balloon route. They will he given freo tickets to the races at Santa Anita park on Friday, and on Saturday will go to San Diego. Tho evenings will bo taken up with various social functions, with exciiralons to Chinatown, with trolley rides and theater parties. Everywhere tho nnllered hods go thoy are outspoken in praise of the beauties of the city of the southland and of the hospitality of the people. On their way to Los Angeles slops were made at Pomona Po-mona and at Riverside. At the former place the station was decorated with bunting and a welcome was extended to the guests on behalf of the city by Exalted Exalt-ed Ruler V. W. Mldgely of the local lodge of Elks. The visitors were taken in automobllec and carriages to Gnneslia park nnd from there to the summit of the San Jose hills, where they could soe the beautiful panorama of the vnlley spread oitt before them. On their return to tho city thoy were entertained at tho lodge homo of the local herd and furnished fur-nished with refre.ib.mcms by the ladles of the order. On tholr departure tho visitors were each presented with a miniature crate box of Pomona oranges, with a label inscribed: "A sweet grool-Ing grool-Ing from Pomona lodge. B. P. O. K., No. 73li. Pomona. Cab. Feb. 10. I'.IOS." At Rivondde the Elks were taken on a drive over the Huntington boulevard and other numerous roads about tho city. Tho clubhouse of the local lodge was thiown open to , tho visitors and entertainment en-tertainment of all kind was furnished during (ho short time they remained.
