Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given by tho City Council of Salt Lako City of tho intention inten-tion of such Council to mako the following follow-ing described Improvement, to wit: Constructing a cement sidewalk four (4) foot wide and four (i) Inches thick on tho cast side of Post street from tho south curb of Fifth South street to tho north curb of Sixth South street, In sidewalk side-walk district No. 21, and defray tliM abutters' abut-ters' portion of tho cost and expanse thereof, estimated at five hundred and thirty-four ($631.00) dollars, or 75-100 ($.75) dollnrs per front or linear foot, there being 712 feet abutting snld Improvement, Im-provement, by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground within tho following described district, being tho district to be affected and benefited by said Improvement, namely: The west side of lots 2 to 29, Inclusive, block i. City Park subdivision of block 21, plat "C," Salt Lako City survey. The total cost of said Improvement Is estimated at six hundred twcnty-nlno and G3-100 ($G2!.G3) dollars, of which sum the city's portion Is nlnoty-flve and G3-100 ($95.03) dollars, leaving Mvo hundred hun-dred and thirty-four ($534.00) dollars to be raised by local assessment, All protests and objections to tho carrying car-rying out of such intention must bo presented pre-sented In writing to the City Recorder on or before tho 11th day of March, 1907, being tho tlmo sot by said Council when It will hear and consider such protests pro-tests and objections as may bo mado thereto.
