Show Lark Notes , Mr and Mrs. Max DuBois enjoyed en-joyed a fishing trip at American Fork canyon Sunday. Mr and Mrs. Harold Neilsen were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Larson of Salt Lake City Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. James McDonald and son, Jimmy, will leave today for a two-week vacation in the northwest. Stopovers are planned at Seattle, Portland and San Francisco where they will see the fair. The marriage of Miss lone Peterson Pe-terson and Mr. James Bowles was solemnized Saturday evening even-ing at the Lark hotel with Bishop Bish-op D. A. Thomas officiating. A reception at the Lark Amusement Amuse-ment hall followed. Dancing was enjoyed by nearly 300 guests. Mr. and Mrs. Bowles are making their home at Riverton. Mrs. Lulu Coombs returned home Sunday from Nephi. Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Brady came with Mrs. Coombs to spend several days here with her. . William Fahrni was home Tuesday from a three-week trip in Idaho with a party navigating the Salmon river. Miss June Seal and Mrs. Ger-aldine Ger-aldine Reed chaperoned a group of Sunday school children to Saratoga Tuesday. They enjoyed a picnic lunch and swimming. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Walker of Herriman are house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Nielson. "Mr. ajid Mrs. Harold Nielson attended a party Sunday evening even-ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Green of Salt Lake City. Mrs. D. A. Thomas, Miss Ruth Thomas, Miss Ilean Thomas, Miss Winona Peterson, Miss Lois Tur-pin Tur-pin and Miss Betty Peterson left Thursday for a week-end stay at Como Springs. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Zahler and family returned Saturday evening even-ing from Idaho and Yellowstone national park. Mr. and Mrs. R. P. Nell returned re-turned home Sunday from Visal-ia, Visal-ia, Cal., and a visit to the San Francisco fair. |
