At a meeting of the executive committee of the Postal Telegraph Cable company held this afternoon, after-noon, E, C. Bradley tendered his resignation resig-nation as vice-president and director of the company to enable him to engage In other business. The executive- committee accepted the resignation with regret and only upon tho assurance that Mr. Bradley Brad-ley regarded that course as his best Interest. In-terest. Tho executive committee placed on record an oxpresplon In recognition of th valuable services rendered tho com pany during the past fifteen years in which Mr. Bradley had been connected with It. As the result of tho vacancy caused by Mr. Bradley's resignation, George G. Ward, formerly third vlce-presldpnt, vlce-presldpnt, became second vice-president, Charles C. Adams, fourth vice-president, became third vlco-presldent, and Charles P. Bruch, assistant general manager and assistant secretary, was made fourth vice-president. Thomas E. Flemmlng was appointed secretary. |
