Show I j EGA L SEPARATION ASKED Two Suits for Divorce Piled in District Dis-trict Court Tuesday. Harry B. Windsor, head of the Insurance Insur-ance firm of H. B. Windsor & Co., brought suit In the District court yesterday yester-day for a divorce from Ills wife, Lulu Mayne "Windsor, on the ground of desertion. deser-tion. The complaint alleges that they were married In New York. September 27. 1904, and returned to Salt Lake to live. Mr. Windsor being then, as now. engaged en-gaged In business here In January, 1906, Mr. Windsor alleges, his wife deserted him and has since refused to return to live with him. They have no children. In his affidavit for summonF by publication publica-tion Mr. Windsor alleges that his wife Is now living ln-Los Angeles, Cal. Florenre Ricknrds brought suit for divorce di-vorce yesterday from Homer C. Rlck-ardr. Rlck-ardr. They were married in Anaconda, Mont.. January 31, 1903. nnd she charges that since March. 1906, he lias utterly failed and refused to support her, although al-though he Is capable of earning f200 a month. She does not ask for allmonv. however. The husband filed a voluntary waver of ills riclit to answer, together with consent that a decree may be entered en-tered against him by default. This Indicates, In-dicates, that the financial affairs of tho parties have been settled out of court. |
