To Use Turbine Wheels. At the Junction of tho west fork and the south fork of tho Duchosno river, diverting divert-ing channel 10,000 feet. Turbines working under a head of 300 feet aro to develop 30,000 horse-power. More Turbines Proposed. At tho junction of the Duchesno nnd Lake Fork, Mr. Lyman applies for water rights to develop 30.030 horsc-powor.
