Show KOREA IS HOSPITABLE Royalty Continues to Show Marked Attention to Americans. SEOUL, Sept. 22. Prince Yl. thc Emperor's Em-peror's cousin, acted as host today at an open air garden party given at the old East palace in honor of Miss Alice Roosevelt. Roose-velt. All of tho officials of note of Korea were present. The wooded paths and colored pavilions wore decorated with American and Korean flags. Prince Yl toasted President Roosevelt, and Minister Morgan toasted the Emperor Emper-or of Korea.
