Bishop Spalding proposes to form a federation fed-eration of tho guilds throughout Ids district, dis-trict, Including Utah, Nevada and western west-ern Colorado, theso guilds to bo under the guidance of the Woman's auxiliary, which will havo Its headquarter In this city. This will bring tho different guilds and societies In Isolated places In touch with tho homo office. There will be an educational educa-tional department in connection with the work, which will distribute lltoraturo and glvo help and tulvlco when needful. Officers Elected.
