By a payment of i2.f.00.000 to the widow of the late William Zelgler. tho Zelgler will contest was settled set-tled today. Matilda Ma-tilda Zelgler $1,200,000 In cash and GOO0 shares of Royal Baking Powder company com-pany stock, valued at J1.300.O20. William Zelgler. tho fourteen-year-old son of tho testator, consented to this settlement, which is a relea8o of all of Mrs. Zelglcr's rights and dower and other claims against the estato of William Zelgler. The will, of the validity of which this suit Was a test left to Mrs- Zelgler the uso of the city and country houses of her husband and an Income of 550,000 a year. The remainder of the estate was given to tho adopted son.
