They will then turn Into tho Ogden river such portion por-tion of tho waters as are adjudged belonging be-longing lo tho North Ogden Irrigation coiipany, 21.5 feet The Eden people, though the contempt cases wi-nt against them, feel that they havo won a big victory. They have, for the past three weeks, been enjoying tho full How of the river and their crops and orchards aro In nxcellcnt condition. North Ogden people have consequently suffered, but there is no danger of their losing their crops. Tho defendants In the case think they havo a good case on appeal ap-peal and It Is intimated that this action will be taken. |
