Robert Randall, delcgato to tho United Mine-Workers' Mine-Workers' convention from Wyoming, who charged President Mltcholl with having sold out to tho oporatora during tho recent re-cent Colorado otrlko, was expelled from tho organization today by tho national convention. Randall took the floor and mado a statement state-ment which was marked by an absence of tho abuso of President Mltcholl whlcli ho used yesterday. President Mltcholl replied to him and demanded that either himself or Randall should not bo In tho convention.
