Show AMERICANS ENTERTAIN WOMEN'S CLUB MEMBERS BERLIN. June 13. Embassador Tower Tow-er and Mrs. Tower gave a reception this afternoon to the American delegates dele-gates to the International Council of Women's Clubs. It was numerously attended at-tended by the American colony. Among the delr-gates present were Miss Susan B. Anthony, Mrs. Solomon, Rev. Anna Shaw, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford, president of the English delegation. Mrs. May Wright Sewall of Indianapolis, Indian-apolis, the acting president of the Women's Wom-en's congress, gave a reception at her hotel tonight in honor of the newly-elected newly-elected officers. These officers are: Countess of Aberdeen, president; Frau Marie Strltt of Dresden, first vice-president; Mmc. Jewel Siegfried of Purls, second vice-president; Frau Retzlus of Stockholm, third vice-president; Mrs. William Sanford of Toronto, treasurer; treas-urer; Miss Gordon of Scotland, corresponding corre-sponding secretary; Miss Kramer of Holland, recording secretary. It was announced that the next qui-quennral qui-quennral international council will be held In Toronto. |
