Judge Alfred Budge, who is holding court in this city, way seen today and asked concernlntr . the affidavits of Charles Mostyn Owcn in which William Budge, father of Judge Budge, is accused of being a polygamlst and living In unlawful un-lawful cohabitation. Judge Budge stated that he did not wh'h to be interviewed inter-viewed about the matter.
