Show loyer Allowed to Furnish Bail Bond Taken From Cripplo Creek to Denver for Purpose of Obtaining Sureties. CRIPPLE CREEK, Colo., July 4. Sheriff Edward Bell took Charles H. Moyor, president of the Western West-ern Federation of Mlner9, to Den-vor Den-vor today, where he will be permitted to furnish sureties In the sum of $10,000 on the information charging- him with murder and conspiracy to murder, In connection with the Victor riot on June G In which two men were killed. Sheriff Sher-iff Bell also takes capiases for William Haywood, secretary-treasurer of the Western Federation; A. G. Paul, secretary sec-retary of the Cripple Creek Mlnere union, and all the members of the executive ex-ecutive board of the federation, who are accused of responsibility for the Victor Y'lence- Is not known whether Moyer will be released after furnishing bonds or be brought back to Cripple Creek on some new charge. |
