Show FRAUDULENT NATURALIZATION Superintendent Elections, New York, Will Run Down Frauds'. NEW YORK, OcL 6. In a letter to tho law commlttco of Tamany hall. Stato Superintendent Su-perintendent of Elections Morgan today said: "It Is a mattor of common notoriety notorie-ty that elections In tho Stato of Now York havo been tainted with corruption through the uso of citizenship papers fraudulently obtained from both State and Fcdoral courts and also through the uso of forged ccrtlflcatca of naturalization." Ho then referred to tho recent action of tho Stato Supremo court In cancelling a number of, naturalization certificates and continued: "Largo as tho number of certificates cer-tificates may aeom which were cancelled by Judgo Glldorsleeve, this number is but a small fraction of tho naturalization frauds undiscovered and a smaller por-centago por-centago than will bo discovered beforo tho first day of registration for tho general elections of 1901. This Investigation will bo continued by this office within proper legal bounds without interforenco or dictation dic-tation on the part of any organization.
