Hoffman left the ISth. having obtained permission from the Russian and Japanoso authorities. Hoffman to Tslng Tau. His baggage. Including In-cluding his papers, was left by mistake on board the Junk upon which tho German Ger-man officer left Port Arthur. This Junk Is expected to reach Chefoo soon. Maj. Hoffman says the Japanese treated hlra with every courtesy. |
