N Y on the way While in Buffalo they visited with Darrell Parkin who is on a mission in Buffalo for the church After the girls left for Europe Mr Ir r. r and Mrs Hayward and Ileene Stayed in New York for two weeks where they went to ball games at the Polo Grounds and Yankee Stadium and out outto outto to fo Cony Island They had a boat trip on the Hudson river around Manhattan island went out to the Statue of Liberty and climbed climb climb- ed up to her head They saw the large buildings Empire State Rockefeller Center U U. U N. N and took in the Lions convention at Madison Square Gardens In all they traveled over miles arriving home the of July Little daughter Shaunna Lynn stayed in Mt 1 Pleasant with Mr and md Mrs Grant Johansen |
