Show Bountiful lions Met 1 At AI BIWeekly luncheon Lion club activities projects and initiations were the chief topics of discussion consideration and participation as the Bountiful Lions met in their regular bi weekly luncheon meeting Monday l March larch 23 1953 The meeting was conducted by Lion President Dell Hol Hol- brook Before the zone chairman Rendell Mabe Mabey Y spoke briefly and asked that the club consider the advisability of sponsoring a new club in the county As Man an evidence of the steady and satisfying growth of the club the feature of the evening was the initiation of 11 new club members The initiation was in charge of Lion William Holbrook who called caned called call can ed on various c committee chairmen to instruct the new members as to duties opportunities and ideals of L L Lion Vince Ord talked on fellowship and stressed importance importance importance im im- im- im of knowing each other and the business and of fellow Lions Lion Bill Newcomb talked on activity and said there are two kinds of Lions namely eating Lions and working Lions I and that the real joy of is in activity Lion E E.
