JUDGE DISQUALIFIED BY MILK Because His Family Takes Milk from the Elgin Company Judge Cherry is Debarred from Hearing receivership Case I The hearing on application for tho appointment of receiver for the Elgin I Creamery company which was set for i yesterday was postponed until Friday I when Judge lilies wljl hear It It wag called up before JtLdeChcrry yesterday I yester-day but it was found that he was din qualified from hearing the casc1y the fact that the Elgin Creamery company supplies his family with milk and he owes the company a bill for three quarts of milk and two pints of cream Judge Miles however has no family and doesnt take milk land tlicro Is therefore no objection to his jtadslng on the case
