Sheriffs Sheriff's s Report t Reveals 15 Killed In 1942 A report of automobile fatalities injuries and stolen property during 1942 was released last week by by- Sheriff Joseph Holbrook Fifteen persons met death m n fl traffic accidents during the year as compared to 10 in the time preceding one Deaths were were shown in three classes as Motor fatalities 11 11 pe pe- pedestrians pedestrians pe- pe pedestrians fatally injured 3 and others 1 The last fatal pedestrian accident was on November 24 There were 22 injured by motor vehicles and 16 of the vehicle drivers drivers drivers ers reported property damage I above 50 SO Other pedestrians injured ed totaled 4 4 Other records included 69 stolen property reports 3 state out out out- state f-state stolen cars recovered within the county three Davis county cars reported stolen and the majority of the stolen property recovered The Time Davis county jail housed a total of 84 inmates during the year and those remaining on Christmas were released
