T Parkin Celebrates Eightieth Birthday The children of Mrs Elizabeth Thurgood Parkin formerly of South Bountiful gave a lovely par par- party part ty t at the home of Mrs Parkins Parkin's daughter Mrs Jos los Heaps H aps of Salt Lake City Thursday evening April the occasion sion being Mrs Parkins Parkin's eightieth birthday The Th home was beautifully b auti ii decorated in spring blowers Mrs Parkin wore a lovely love 11 corsage of lavender sweet peas presented presented by byI two of her great-grandchildren great lit lit- little little hit hit- hittie I tle tie Karen and Craig Derrick Derr ck The table was covered with a lace cloth with a bowl of beautiful rose buds for a centerpiece She was also presented with a lovely day cake by her granddaughter Beth Wright of Salt Lake A dainty luncheon was served by Mrs Alice P. P Heaps Ruth H. H Derrick Ivy L. L Parkin Florence H. H Parkin and Erma P. P Bollwinkel All of Mrs Parkins Parkin's children were present j I Mrs Laura P Hart of Bountiful Alice P Heaps Thos T. T Clifford I F. F and Lincoln D. D Parkin Rilla W. W Sheppard and Erma P. P Boll Boll- Bollwinkel winkel of Salt Lake Mrs Parkin has twenty three grandchildren Two of her grand grand- grandsons grandsons sons Corp Wm Vm S.
