GUARD SENT TJ JAIL Held to Answer an Assault With Intent In-tent to Kill TRIBUNE SPECIAL Scofield Utah Feb 1iMr Olsen one of the guards at the Winter Quarters Quar-ters mine went lo McMillan boardinghouse board-inghouse to pny his board and the men and women folks began to abuse him by calling him a scab and blackleg black-leg which he resented calling the man of the house outside saying ho woud give him a round or two McMillan came out of the house wTlh a butchcrknlfo and made for Olsen who then pulled his gun and demanded demand-ed I McMillan to hall saying ho would fire McMillan returned Jnnlde the house and after Olsen had retired from premises swore out a warrant against Olsen for assault with Intent to kill Olsen was taken before Judge Bowman Bow-man and after hearing the evidence bound him over to the District court which means four months in the county coun-ty Jail at Price before he can have a trial
