| Show AT THE SILVER KING Visitors Given a Royal Time at Park City JMines Yesterday The railroad visitors from the East were given a great treat yesterday by Thomas Kcnrns who took them to Park City where the mine and mill of the Silver King company were fully appreciated ap-preciated Mr Kcarnss guests were lion R C Herons of St Louis S A Bemis of St Louis O J Salisbury Witcher Jones W P OMearn The party wont up to the Park In car B of the Rio Grande Western which had been terderujl to Mr Kearns by General Gen-eral Superintendent Welby At the station teams were waiting and the party was driven up the canyon to the I mine Donning the canvas suits they were lowered to the 000foot level and for two hours explored the undergound workings of the great bonanza Mi Kearns himself acted as guide and as he knows every stope and every corner the Easterners were enabled to secure a thorough Inspection of the InterestIng Interest-Ing mine At 2 oclock luncheon was served at the wellappointed boardinghouse boarding-house Then the mill was visited and this Inspection lasted until train time It was a most enjoyable trip Jn every way |
