The Ladies auxiliary met Monday Mon-day at the Office building. Five Hundred was played and (prize winners were Mrs. Grey, Mrs. William Peterson, Mrs. Woodrow Wilson and Mrs. Richard Williams. Wil-liams. Hostesses were Mrs. Ida Mugfur, Mrs. Helen Cunllffo and Mrs. Ray Watson. The P.-T. A. of Copperfield held a social Wednesday evening at tho school auditorium. The evening was spent dancing and refreshments were served at Intermission. In-termission. Mr. and Mrs, Woodrow Wilson eutertalned with a Five Hundred party Wednesday evening. Guests were Mrs. Nick Hansen and daughter dau-ghter Dorothy, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Flke, Mr. and Mrs. Alt Fike and Miss Gladys Turner of Salt Lake City. High score was held by Mrs. Arthur Flke and 'Miss Turner. Mr. and Mrs. George Adouda-kls Adouda-kls are the proud parents of a daughter born Tuesday at the Bingham hospital. Mr. and Mrs. George George-las George-las and daughter Helen and son John of Carbon county are making mak-ing their home at Copperfield. Carlyle Carter and Miss Betty Bet-ty Irene Peterson were the dinner din-ner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ro-bert Burke Jr. Monday. Mrs. William Peterson, Mrs. Gilbert Swain and MYs. Laura McDonald attended the funeral of MrB. Mary Ellen Klrby of Provo, mother of Mrs. Gladys Scroggln of Copperfield. Mr. and Mrs. Myles Anderson are the proud parents of a seven pound son born Friday at the Bingham hospital. Mrs. Thomas Anderson honored honor-ed her daughtor Darlene with a birthday party Wednesday. The guests who attended were Patty Leo Fike, Both Merrill, Maureen and Jackie Peterson, YVally and Edward Booth, Colleen Mannion and Kay Stevens. A delicious lunch was served later in the afternoon. Mrs. Joseph McDonald and daughter Agnes attended a shower show-er given at the home of Mrs. Pete Carl of Salt Lake Wednesday. |
