Show Dawson Appointed To Bank Position William A. Dawson who served four terms in the U.S. House of Representatives was appointed a vice-president of Zions First National Bank this week according accord-ing to Orval W. Zions First National Bank has correspondent banking relationships with most of the other independent banks throughout Utah. The announcement of the officer of-ficer appointment was made in connection with the completion of a merger of the Bank of Kearns into Zions First National Bank. Mr. Dawson had been president pres-ident and chief executive officer of the Kearns Bank. , The new officer received his law degree from the University of Utah and practiced law in Davis and Salt Lake Counties. He served a term as Mayor of Lay ton and for 16 years was Davis County attorney. |
