Show China Drives For World Power For the first time in its 4000 year history, China is conducting opely a world wide political economic offensive, reveals Leland Stowe in a November Readers Digest article. It broadcasts heavily to the Middle East in Arabic and Turkish and to North America in French; one-hour programs are beamed to Europe in French, English and Spanish.
