S Clark 48 prominent banker of Farmington who died Friday at 10 p. p p m. m m following a short illness were conducted Monday at 2 p. p p m mat mat mat at the Farmington ward chapel by Bishop John R. R Walsh Mr Clark was well known in business circles of oJ the intermountain tain states as well as in Utah and Davis county At the time time of his death he was vice president of the time Davis County Bank at Farmington and for 26 years had been associated ed with that organization For the time past year he served as state vice ice president of the American Bankers Bankers' association and chairman of the time agricultural committee and the time committee on uniform practices of the Utah Bankers' Bankers association Born July 23 1892 at Farmington he was a son of Amasa L L. and Alice Steed Clark I He was educated in Farmington schools and Brigham Young university university university sity and was graduate of the Amer American American ican jean Institute of Banking On September 1 1916 he mar mar- married married married I. I ried Ida Smith of American Fork who survives Throughout his life he lie was prom prominently prominently ineptly identified with the L. L D. D S. S church He served a mission to Australia from 1915 1912 and was South D Davis vis stake Y M. M M M M. I. I I A. A superintendent from 1916 to 1926 Since then he lie had served as a member mem mem- member member ber of the South Davis stake high council and was senior member at atthe atthe the time time of his death He had also held many other ward and stake positions of honor during his life Besides his widow and father he is survived by one olle son Howard Clark of Farmington four daugh- daugh daughters Loraine Moline Merline Helen and Norma Clark all of Farmington 5 brothers Clark of Burley Idaho Harold D Clark of Provo Julian D.
