Show 1 NOTICE In the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah In the Matter of the Voluntary Dissolution of INTERMOUNTAIN SERVICE CORPORATION. Notice is hereby given that INTERMOUNTAIN SERVICE CORPORATION, a Utah corporation, corpo-ration, has filed an application in the above-entitled Court asking ask-ing to be dissolved, and February Febru-ary 27th, 1959, has been fixed for the date of hearing of said application, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock P.M., before the Honorable Honor-able Judge Stewart M. Hanson, one of the Judges of the above-entitled above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the City and County Building, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Any person having legal grounds for opposing the voluntary volun-tary dissolution of said corporation corpora-tion shall file their protest with the Clerk of the above-entitled Court on or before the 27th day of February, 1959.
