The State of Utah to the Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Donald B. Holbrook of Ray, Rawlins, Jones & Henderson, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1011 Walker Bank Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 3 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so tq do, judg-j ment by default will be taken' against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action for restitution restitu-tion of premises and for damages for unlawful detainer of said premises as described in the amended complaint attached thereto. That an attachment for judgment has been issued against all the non-exempt property belonging be-longing to the defendants located lo-cated at Apartment 301, Bell Wines Apartments, 530 East 1st South Street, Salt Lake City, Utah; that plaintiff prays iuds- ment against the property so attached at-tached towards satisfaction of the indebtedness found to be due and that said property of the defendants so attached should be condemned in the hands of the garnishee and so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the demand of the plaintiff should be sold and the proceeds applied toward the satisfaction of plaintiff's recovery herein.
