Also all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in plaintiff's complaint adverse to plaintiff's ownership or clouding plaintiff's title thereto, there-to, Defendants. This is an action to quiet the title of the following described property in the plaintiff: Commencing 1 rod North and 55 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 6, Block 27, Plat "F", Salt Lake City Survey, thence West 121.25 feet; thence - North 164.75 "feet; thence East 45 feet; thence North 0.25 feet; thence East 76.25 feet; thence South 165 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a right of way over the above portion of the above property. Commencing Com-mencing 175.25 fect West and 181.25 feet North of the Southeast Corner of Lot 6, Block 27, Plat "F", Salt Lake City Survey, thence East 18 feet; thence Southwesterly South-westerly 33.29 feet; more or less, to a point 28 feet South of the point of beginning, thence North 28 feet to the point of beginning.
