Show Lowering Thermometers. Chicago, July 25. The signal service predicts pre-dicts a fall of fifteen degress in the next twenty-four hours. The weather today was four degrees cooler than yesterday, with a brisk wind blowing up to 1 o'clock. Sixteen Six-teen deaths from sunstroke, partly the result re-sult of yesterday's heat, and twenty-three prostrations occurred today. Detroit, July 27.
