JESSUP. 1N-L 1N-L tende to apply to the honorable secretary of the interior for permiion to cut timber frcm the public binds in Garfield county, Utah, on unsur-veyed unsur-veyed land, and bounded by natural points, beginning be-ginning at what is known as Limo Rock springs on the east point of the Hatch mountain, and running run-ning from thence south one mile, and from thence west two, thence north one mile and one-half, one-half, thence east two miles, tnence south one-half mile to the place of bej.nning, the same being non-mineral land.
