TaTlor, John W. Taylor and Ada Coilett, adminietrairix of the estate es-tate ot William G. Coilett, deceased, the Utah Manufacturing ft Buildice Co.. George Seville and Sarah Borrett of, in ad to the folfowicg-de ecribed real estate, situate, lying and being in the county of Salt Lake, territory of Utah, and Iiartlcularly described a follows, to-wit: Allot ots seven (7), twelve (12) and tMrteo (13) and the followiug portion of lot six (61. block twentv-eight twentv-eight (28), ten-acre plat A, big field survey, and particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing Com-mencing at the northeast corner of aid lot six (ff) and running thence south thirty-one and thirty-two one-hundredth (81 S-1U) rods. thence wet forty-ix (4t) rods, thence north thirty-one and thirty-two one-hundreths (31 S2-100) S2-100) rods, thence east forty-six (46) rods t o the place of beginning.
