A Gebeau, defendant, '.he people of the Territory of Utah send greeting: To T. A. Gebeau, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought as-ainst you by the . above named plaintiff In the District Court of the Third Judicial district of the Territory of l'tah, and to answer the complaint fib-d therein within ten days (exclusive of the day of service) after the service on you of this summons if served within this county; or, if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty davs; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default wiH be taken against you, according to tiie prayer of said complaint. The said action is brought to have a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of ir.a'rimony existing exist-ing between plaintiff and defendant, awarding to plaintiff the care and cu-tdy of the minor children, chil-dren, issue of said marriage, and grunting her such other relief as in equity she is entitled to; above relief prsyed on the ground that in or about the year 1885. the defendant wilfully and without cause deserted and abandoned the ''plaintiff, ''plain-tiff, and has ever since continued so to wilfully desert and abandon her, and to live separate and apart from her, against her will and ithout her consent. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded therein. Witness, the Hon.
