Show AN ORDINANCE TO FIX THE 8ALAKIE3 of certain city officore and employes. Be il Ordained, By the City Council of the city of Salt Lake, in parsaance of the reaolution of aaid City Council, duly passed at its special sea-aion sea-aion hold on the 19th day of March, 189:3, and on the 23th day of March, 1893. Sec tion L The salary of the City Attorney shall be two thousand five hnndred dollars per annum. The salary of the Assistant City Attorney Attor-ney shall be fifteen hundred dollars per annum. The salary of the Superviaor of Streete shall be two thousand dollara per annnm. The salary of the Superintendent of Sewer Construction shall be two thouannd collars per annnaa. The salary of the City Seiton ahaa be twelve hundred dollars dol-lars per annum and commission of 20 psr cent on all sales of burial lots in said city cemeteiy. The aaiary of the Superintendent of Waterworks shail be two thousand dollars per annnm. The salary sal-ary of the Police Justice shall bo fifteen hunded dollars pet annum. The salary of the water master shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the chief of the fire department shall be two thousand dollars per annum. The salary of the clerk of the police court ahall be twelve hundred dollars per annum. Section 2. Such salaries shall be paid in equal monthly installments out of the city treasury at the end of eaci month, and the salaries herein fixed shall remain as the salaries of the ofllcera and employees herein named until changed by the city council. Section 3. Such parts of former ordinances aa pnrport to fix or regulate the salaries of the officers offi-cers named in the first section hereof are hereby repealed.
