Show Trustee' Sale, TTTHEREAS, ON MARCH 6, 1890, ST78IE M. Free and John F. Fre made and delivered lo John B. Trever of Yonkers, Westchester county New York, their promissory note, whers-in whers-in aiid'whereby for value received they promised to payto the order of the said John B. Trevor, one year after date, seven thousan i dollars, with interest thereon at the rate of eizht per cent per sDnnm, from date until paid, both before and after judgment, interest payable quarterly, and both principal aud interest payable in U.S. gold coin at the banking house of T. R. Jones A Co., In Salt Lake City, I tah, and that all unpaid interest inter-est should draw interest at the rate of eight per (-,-; per annum until paid; and V nKRBAS, To secure the payment of said note a'ln interest, said Susie M. and John F. Irce on Mb pteh fi, 1890, duly made and delivered a deed of trust, conveying to T. R. Jones and 8. J. Lynn of Ealt Lake City, Utah, as trustees, the fol lowlier low-lier described real estate, situated in Salt Lake City and county, to wit: A part of lot 1 In block 120, plot " V" Salt Lake City survey, commencing at the southeast corner j of said lot 1 and running thence north 165 feet, ! thence west 165 feet, thence south 67 feet, thence I east 47-i feet, thence south 98 feet, thence east j 117' i fest to the place of beginning; said trust I deed beiDg recorded on March 6, 1890, and of record in Book 2 M cf Mortgages, pages 190-1-8 records of Salt Lake county, Utah. And whereas in said trust deed said Susie M. ami John F. Free covenanted to pay said promissory promis-sory note and to keep the improvements on said property constantly insured at their expense, and that if they failed to keep up such ins i ranee then that the holder of said note might effect the same and retain the cost thereof out of the proceeds of any sale msjle of the property under said trust deed; and, Wuireas, they failed to keep up such insurant, insur-ant, and the holder of said note effected same at a cost of $14.95; and, WHEBSAs.no part of said note has been paid except the interest thereon up to Juno 33rd, J891, and the principal and interest thereon from said It date is due and unpaid: and, VViixr.BAS, said Susid M. and John F.
