The ease Is a very eccentric one so eccentric in fact as to almost preclude the publication of details. Mr. Daggett was a member of the detective force, and on the aflrrnoon'of a pay day made a trip to Beck's Hot Springs. While, there he engaged in an interview with a man named Hull who is eiiiplnyedas a boiler maker. The interview led to most shocking charges against Hull, aiid to rebuttals by Daggett. The matter was ventilated before Commissioner Moyer, and resulted in the holding of the defendant, whose counsel neglected to introduce a witness. The case now settles down to a question of veracity between Mr. Daggett, and Mr. Hull, and is one In which a large number of friends on both sides hare become interested. THE DAGGETT CASK.
