Show Trustee's Sale. WHEREAS, LEONARD S. 08COOD AND Kuma L. Osgood his wife, on the first dr of December, 1801, made, executed and delivered to Einil J. Kuddatz their certain promiiaorv cote tor the principal sum of three thousand threa hundred and sixteen 80-100 dollars, payable to tha order of the said Etuil J. Raddatj their certain trust deed in writing of thtt date, which said trust, deed was duly certified, acknowledged acknowl-edged and recorded in the office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Tooele County, Utah Territory, on the third day of December, 18BI, and thereby conveyi! to suid McDowell the following mining piop rtv, to wit. : An undivided three fourths (I) interest of. in and to the "No-U-Don't" L..de, mining claim, situate in the Rush Valley ilining District in the said County of Tooele, design it.-a as U. S. Survey, lot No. SS, and more particulirly described de-scribed in and by said trust deed. Also an undivided undi-vided three fourths ( y ) interest of, in and to tho Laura Lode, mining claim, situate in the said Rush Valley Mining District, County of Tooele, Utah, more particularly described in and by thj location certificate thereof recorded in Book F, at page 182 of the records in tie1 oilice of the District Dis-trict Recorder of said Rush Vuiley Mining District Dis-trict and in and by safd rrust deed. Also one (11 Upright boiler, engine and b'ower now upon said 'N-.-l Don't" mining ciaim, and Wheruas, it is provided, in said trust deed that in case default be made in the payment of said promissory note, mat tho said truster, nticht pio-ceed pio-ceed to sell, and sell anil dispose of said preinite or any pari thereof, and all riht, title, benefit and equity ot redemption of tne nxiii Leonard S. Osgood and Kuma L. Osgood, their heir and assign therein either in mass, or separate parcel par-cel at puulic auction on said preuiiaea or an pait thereof, for the highest and best price tno suae will bring m cash, twenty nays previous notice of such sale having been given by publication pub-lication in any newspaper at that time published in the county of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, and out r.f tiie proceed of such sale, first to pay theooet of advertising, sellina- and conveying suid premises, including a reasonabl commission, to iho trustee for bis services and a reasonable attorney tee aud all other expense of ibis trust.
