Wednesday just j st six and one half hours after lie he had been struck by b an automo automo- automobile automobile bile lile near a n lunch stand in Clear Clear- Clearfield field j The accident occurred at 12 noon noon when a car driven by John Sessions r. r was backed out from a parking Mr Sessions stated that he hesam sam no n one but felt the car brush something He climbed out of his hiscar car ear ar to find Mr Cook lying near the thc rear wheel which had not run over him Dr A. A Z Tanner of Layton ad- ad administered ministered first aid and ordered him home believing his injuries not notto to be serious After the aged man had failed to totally tori tor ri tally r he was taken to a Salt Lake hospital where he died a few min mm- minutes minutes utes later Dr G. G D. D Rutledge of Kaysville who ordered the victim to the hospital gave internal in injuries in- in injuries injuries juries as ns s the probable cause of his death as the cuts and bruises on liis Mis head were said not to be o of serious nature S Deputy Sheriff Calvin G.
