Mrs. Turner, wife of Lieutenant Turner of the Sixth infantry, arrives this morning from Fort Thomas, Newport, Ky., on a visit j to her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jame3 Lone. W. H. Cochran, president of the First National bank at Del Norte, Colo., paid Tiik Times office a pleat-ant call today. Mr. Cochran was formerly editor of the San Juan Proxpfctor, and the only editor we know of who ever rose to the distinction of a president of a bank.
