Field before the commission to inquire into his sanity, at White Plains. The physician at Ludlow street Jail, however, said that FielXwas too ill to lie moved and thi sheriff Mas so uotilled. The commissioner therefore agreed that the inquiry should go ou without with-out the presence of the prisoner. Wiiitb Plains, N, V., Dec. 24. The ease of K. M.
